Chocolate Fudge Cake

It was my maid's birthday last Saturday and I baked her this cake.
I couldn't make it a surprise because she was in the kitchen when I was baking it for her.
(she was cooking lunch for dad and sister)
Nevertheless, she was happy to receive the cake from me :)

Chocolates have always been my favorite tidbit. I indulge in these sinful little thing, and I can eat tons and tons of them and not get sick of it. I think that partly explains why my diet plans never succeeded!

These chocolate fudge cake is just heavenly.

You must be wondering what's the brown thing at the side and in between the cakes, right?
They are actually crushed graham crackers.
she really like those crackers so I decided to add some of them.
And i realise the contrast of the colour made this cake looked even better! :)

Can i say.... "I'm over the heaven" cos it's not only "I'm in heaven"

and this was made for my teammate :)
